X25 Bus Route Dubai 2026: Timings, Timetable, Stops & Fare
X25 connects Al Karama Bus Station with Dubai Silicon Oasis. RTA shortened the route to this corridor from 29 August 2025, so older descriptions that promise a direct X25 ride to Dubai Academic City or Dubai Outsource City should not be used for planning.
X25 route change and current destination
RTA’s August 2025 announcement establishes the Al Karama-Silicon Oasis route. Its published route list agrees, and the reviewed planner journeys display Silicon Oasis Masjid as the destination.

On a Monday to Wednesday, buses leave Al Karama about every 15 to 20 minutes until 10:45, every 25 to 30 minutes between 11:00 and 16:00, every 20 to 25 minutes in the evening peak and every 30 minutes after 21:00. On Sundays the gap is about 30 minutes all day.

The 11:40, 12:10, 12:40 and 13:05 departures in this sample all appear in RTA’s Monday-Wednesday timetable, so the planner result and the published schedule agree.
Metro connections and choosing a Silicon Oasis stop
The planner confirms an X25 call at Oud Metha Metro Bus Stop 01 on the Silicon Oasis-bound journey. BurJuman and the Karama area are also useful route-search locations, but inspect the selected stop and direction rather than assuming all similarly named Metro-side stops are equivalent.

Towards Al Karama the order is broadly reversed. That direction adds Axis 4 Residence, Silicon Oasis RAK Bank Headquarter, HQ 1, Axiom and Emirates Building 1, and does not call at Centre Point Shopping Centre or BurJuman Metro Bus Stop C.
X25 fare and nol transfers
The reviewed full Karama-to-Masjid bus trips displayed AED 5. Shorter segments and wider integrated journeys can have different deductions; this is not a flat price for every X25 boarding.
RTA’s Silver nol fare bands are AED 3 within one zone, AED 5 across two adjacent zones and AED 7.50 across more than two zones. Use the same card for both taps and any eligible transfer. RTA requires at least AED 7.50 balance to check in; cash is not accepted on its buses.
A Metro-to-bus transfer within 30 minutes can be combined under RTA’s transfer conditions, with the complete journey charged by its zones. That does not make every feeder or express ride independently free.
Return trip, accessibility and travel tips
- Search your Silicon Oasis boarding stop and Al Karama destination separately for the return date/time.
- Confirm X25 and its direction on the bus display; a repeated landmark name can be a different roadside stop.
- Allow time for central-Dubai traffic, boarding and the final walk. “Express” does not guarantee a 45-minute end-to-end ride.
- For wheelchair access, check the stop’s boarding area and request ramp assistance for the actual bus.
