E306 is the direct RTA bus from Al Ghubaiba Bus Station in Bur Dubai to Sharjah, Al Jubail Bus Station. The official planner showed an AED 12 full-route fare in both directions for 14 October 2026. The checked outbound trip took one hour; selected return trips took 54 minutes. Allow extra time for traffic and the journey to the station.
This is the Dubai–Sharjah service to compare when you are starting on the Bur Dubai side of the Creek. You do not have to travel to Union or Deira City Centre just to reach an intercity bus, although the best complete journey still depends on your address and departure time.

Al Ghubaiba is a large interchange. Follow the bus-station signs and check E306’s destination display rather than assuming every Sharjah-bound service uses the same stand. Stand numbers are those returned for the checked journeys and should be reconfirmed at the terminal.

For Al Qasba or Sharjah Mamzar, this verified sequence is more useful than searching only for the Al Jubail terminal. Enter the stop nearest your destination, then inspect the walk to the exact address. Al Wahda Road’s City Center stop should not be confused with City Centre Al Zahia elsewhere in Sharjah.
Fare, nol and connecting travel
Use nol and tap in and out on this RTA service; onboard cash payment is not accepted. Load enough for the AED 12 bus fare and connections. Two full one-way trips would total AED 24 at the checked rate, before any onward travel. No discounted return product was verified.
Do not treat the intercity bus fare as an all-inclusive Metro-and-Sharjah-local ticket. One checked alternative from Al Jubail to Al Ghubaiba used E303 to Union plus the Green Line and was priced at AED 17; that was a different itinerary, not a higher E306 bus fare. Always read the route number and the fare attached to each leg.
For onward travel in Sharjah, check the local operator’s ticket rules separately. At the Dubai end, Al Ghubaiba’s Green Line connection is useful for Bur Dubai destinations and transfers elsewhere on the Metro network; allow time for the walk and any interchange.

The three routes do not share every intermediate stop. E306’s checked outbound sequence includes Al Qasba and Sharjah Mamzar 9, while the checked E303 and E307 outbound sequences use Ansar Mall and Al Safeer Mall instead. Compare the precise destination stop as well as your Dubai departure point.

- Set your actual date and time. Open each result and confirm that the direct bus leg is E306, rather than a bus-plus-Metro alternative.
- Reverse the origin and destination for the return. For first or last services, search the relevant early or late period and check any result that crosses into another calendar day.
