F28 Bus Timetable Dubai

F28 Bus Timetable Dubai 2026: Timings, Stops, Route & Fare

F28 is the RTA feeder loop between Emirates Towers Metro, Al Wasl and Satwa, returning via Trade Centre. Board at the seaside bus stop and pay with nol. The loop offers a second Red Line connection at Trade Center Metro Bus Stop, but it reaches that stop after the Satwa section.

F28 timetable: first and last departures

The table records the departure row for Emirates Tower Metro Bus Stop Seaside in the official RTA F28 timetable downloaded on 13 October 2026. It is a published schedule, not a live arrival prediction. The PDF does not show an effective date; confirm your trip in S’hail before relying on an early or final bus.

DayFirst departureLast departure
Monday-Wednesday05:2023:48
Thursday05:2023:48
Friday05:2000:48 next day
Saturday05:2023:44
Sunday07:2923:48

Times use the 24-hour clock. A time after midnight belongs to the following calendar day of that service. Read the row for your boarding stop: arrival back at the Metro is not another departure.

The official stop label uses “Emirates Tower” in the singular, while the Metro station is commonly called Emirates Towers. Select the seaside stop in the planner.

Early Satwa services and frequency

Some morning columns start at Khadri Masjid, including a 04:34 service on Monday-Saturday, before the first Emirates Towers departure. Those buses do not start at the Metro. For a Satwa-origin journey, use your own stop row rather than the table above.

Many daytime departures are around 20 minutes apart, but the PDF also shows longer gaps. Friday begins 05:20 and 06:00; Sunday’s first three Metro departures are 07:29, 08:00 and 08:35. Check a specific departure when timing is important.

The verified loop order is below. Trade Center Metro Bus Stop in the PDF is the World Trade Centre Red Line connection. Stops can have different directional suffixes in live information.

For example, Friday’s 05:20 Metro-origin trip reaches Satwa Post Office at 05:32, Trade Center Metro at 05:38 and returns to Emirates Towers at 05:42. This illustrates the direction of the loop, not a guaranteed 22-minute journey at every time of day.

F28 fare, nol balance and Metro transfers

RTA charges Dubai bus trips by the zones in the complete journey. The official Silver nol fares are:

Complete journeySilver nol fare
Within one zoneAED 3
Two adjacent zonesAED 5
More than two zonesAED 7.50

These are fare bands, not a flat price for every F28 ride. Tap the same nol card on boarding and leaving. RTA requires at least AED 7.50 balance to check in, even when the eventual deduction is lower. Cash is not accepted on RTA buses.

A Metro-to-bus transfer within 30 minutes of checking out can be combined into one journey, subject to RTA’s transfer rules. The fare depends on all zones travelled; a feeder is not automatically free regardless of the rest of your trip.

Check the next F28 bus and the return journey

  1. Open S’hail or the RTA Journey Planner and select the actual travel date.
  2. Choose Emirates Tower Metro Bus Stop Seaside and your specific destination, such as Satwa, Post Office.
  3. Select the F28 option and inspect the boarding stop, route direction and departure. A similar name on the other side of the road can serve a different part of the loop.
  4. Repeat for the return trip. For late travel, check the final Red Line connection separately.

Connections, accessibility and travel tips

Use the Red Line at Emirates Towers or World Trade Centre for the longer rail section. For Iranian Hospital or stops closer to Financial Centre, compare F11 before committing to this loop.

  • Follow seaside bus-stop signs at Emirates Towers and verify the F28 bay on the station display.
  • Allow extra time during World Trade Centre exhibitions and heavy Satwa traffic.
  • Confirm the return boarding position: loop stops are not always paired directly across the road.
  • For a wheelchair journey, check the path from the Metro lift to the bus stop and signal the driver if ramp access is required.
