E303 Union to Sharjah Bus Timings

Union to Sharjah Bus: E303 Timings, Stops & Fare (2026)

The E303 is the direct RTA bus from Union Bus Station in Dubai to Sharjah, Al Jubail Bus Station. The checked full-route fare was AED 12 each way. For Wednesday, 14 October 2026, selected daytime journeys took 50 minutes towards Sharjah and 55–58 minutes towards Union; traffic and the chosen departure can change the duration.

Union is useful because it connects Dubai’s Red and Green Metro lines. E303 is not interchangeable with E307 from Deira City Centre or E306 from Al Ghubaiba: they share the Al Jubail terminal but start from different places in Dubai.

Older route lists may call the Dubai endpoint Union Square Bus Station. In the current planner it is Union Bus Station. Allow time to reach the correct bus stand after leaving the Metro; a Metro arrival time is not the bus departure time.

E303 timings from Union and Al Jubail

These are selected direct E303 journeys returned for Wednesday, 14 October 2026. They are dated examples in local UAE 24-hour time, not a complete daily or weekly timetable.

A uniform every-15-minutes promise is not supported by these results. Nor do these rows establish the day’s first or last departure, Friday hours or public-holiday service. Check the actual date and direction for an early start or a late return, and allow a traffic buffer if you have a timed connection.

Verified E303 stops towards Sharjah

The official planner showed this sequence for the checked Union-to-Al Jubail trip. The table preserves the planner’s stop labels; roadside positions and stand numbers can differ in the other direction.

For Al Wahda Road or King Faisal Road, search the specific stop rather than automatically travelling to Al Jubail. For Al Qasba or Sharjah Mamzar 9, do not rely on an old E303 stop list: those names were not in this checked outbound sequence. Compare a new point-to-point plan; the E306 outbound sequence checked in the same review did include them.

E303 fare and payment

Pay with nol and tap in and out on the RTA bus; cash is not accepted onboard. Load enough for the AED 12 full-route fare plus connections. Two full one-way rides at the checked rate cost AED 24 before onward transport; this is not a verified discounted return ticket.

Keep the intercity fare separate from the cost of getting to Union and travelling onwards from Al Jubail. A shared nol card system does not mean every connecting ride is free, and a Dubai card should not be assumed to cover every Sharjah local service. Check the complete itinerary and the relevant operator’s payment method.

Choosing E303, E307 or E306

Dubai starting pointRoute to Al JubailDubai Metro connection
Union / central DeiraE303Union, Red and Green Lines
Deira City Centre areaE307City Centre Deira, Red Line
Al Ghubaiba / Bur DubaiE306Al Ghubaiba, Green Line

Choose by your actual origin and the stop needed in Sharjah. Changing Metro lines to reach a supposedly quicker bus can erase any saving in the bus leg itself. If your return depends on the last Metro, plan that connection separately and allow time to walk from the Union bus stand.

How to find the next, first or last Union–Sharjah bus

  1. Use the RTA journey planner with “Union Bus Station” and “Al Jubail, Sharjah, Al Jubail Bus Station”. Resolve the matched stations if the search asks you to choose.
  2. Set your actual travel date and time. Open the result to confirm E303: the planner can also offer Metro plus E307 or other alternatives.
  3. For the return, swap the stations. For the first or last departure, search the relevant early or late period and inspect the result’s date. Do not use the first or last row of the sample table as service hours.
  4. Check the terminal board and destination display before boarding. For a downloadable schedule, start at RTA’s official timetable page.

If step-free access or boarding assistance is essential, confirm the relevant departure and station facilities with RTA in advance rather than relying on a general fleet description.

Sources and verification

RTA’s route list confirms the terminal pair. The public Wojhati planner supplied the current stop sequence, AED 12 fares and selected journeys for 14 October 2026; these are scheduled results, not live observations. See the official nol guide for card use. A full weekly first/last timetable was not verified in this review.
