Text C COM50 to 1012, or dial *170*6# and choose Combos to deactivate the named package. Keep the acknowledgement. The published cancellation guidance says remaining Combo allowances stay valid until expiry.
Check the next renewal date before you act. Cancelling renewal should not be treated as a refund request or as proof that a charge already taken has been reversed.
